Light Weight Adjustable Jump-Rope

I’ve been looking for a good cardio workout program and adding this jump-rope to my workout routine has been a great idea. Very lightweight, adjustable jump-rope requires good coordination skills and strength. Though not for a child it can be used for one as it can be adjusted to any height. It rotates 360 degrees, is light weight and has a life-time warranty. It also provides a nice snapping sound as it strikes the surface on which you’re jumping to help keep a good rhythm  when working up to the number of jumps and rotations I add daily or weekly to my workout routine.

Fantastic Hair Spray that DOESN’T Give Me “Helmet Head”

Not a fan of hairspray, this is the most unbelievable hair spray I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. It isn’t tacky or sticky, nor does it leave my hair STUCK to my head! I use it mainly to help with fly-aways (baby hair) and utilize the volumizing (Bodifying) property on the length of my hair as it is quite long. I LOVE it!!
