An Exercise Jump Rope - Fun but Good Cardio, Also

Jumping rope is not only fun but great cardio exercise and I’d forgotten how useful it could be when added to my exercise routine. I found out quickly how out of shape I truly am when I first began to jump rope. It is hard on my entire body and has taken awhile to build up to be able to continually jump for several minutes. At first, the best I could do was seconds. It is getting  to be more fun!
