Beautiful Hanging Light - Retro Look, Very Pretty!

A gorgeous hanging pendant light in matte black is another gift I’ve gotten with yet the same situation of inability to get it installed right away for more reasons than being incapable of wiring electrical work. Since much of our house in unfinished, we’ve yet to make a definite decision as to where to hang this very pretty, retro-styled hanging lamp. I’ve shown photos of my son holding it to the ceiling in an area of the dining room over the tiled corner area. Though there is a large chandelier type light in the center of the room on a dimmer switch, I am considering hanging it above that corner cabinet and highlighting that specific area where I customarily also have a very large fish bowl containing a beautiful colorful Beta. Such a pretty matte finish on this sturdy vintage, American country style hanging lamp, the style alone lends itself to a dining or cabinet area and this is the easiest place, as of now, to think of placing it. Though it may wind up getting hung elsewhere, this is my current thought in looking at the new, unique style of the light. I love the bulb with which the light is featured in the listing on Amazon and must find more information as to the purchase of such bulbs when getting this lamp wired and hung. The bulb, available in many colors, finishes, wattages, at many locales, adds to the retro feel of this lighting as it is a retro Edison type design in its own right. The bulb is a great addition to the overall look of this lamp and others such as sconces and fixtures where the bulbs are visible. A beautiful concept with which I am very happy and will enjoy having placed either in the chosen area shown in my photos or somewhere else when we complete the downstairs area of the house. Not very long, there are many places ideal for this light.
