Terrific Gadget Whether You Just Need Strengthening, Have Arthritis, Or Need to Work Your Hands That Do NOTHING But Type (or text)!!

I have arthritic hands and have been experiencing a lot of cramping in my hands be it clenching something or even while driving, my hands cramp and have never before done so. This started recently and I thought this would help me not only work out the cramping, for which it has been helpful, but to also build strength in my hands and arms. If you need to work on manual dexterity or improve strength in either hand or just the one less used, or you’re someone who keeps in shape but work a sedentary job, this is a terrific little gadget for doing just that as you can be listening to a lecture, watching television, or reading while both your hands, or often neither of your hands, are needed to engage in a particular sedentary activity , build muscles in your hands, of which there are thirty-four that move your hands and fingers, this will do the trick. Really good for someone having experienced damage to an arm, hand, wrist, this is the ideal way to rebuild the strength lost while recuperating. If you’re not terribly strong any longer or perhaps never were, this is great as it can be set on the lowest setting for you to begin and slowly, gradually dial up the strength level to build the strength in either hand, one hand at a time. The highest setting is one I simply cannot yet squeeze but am building to that. My left hand is much weaker than my right, being I am right- handed as the majority of the population is, so it is a great tool for building strength in the weaker of your two hands. I find it relaxing to squeeze this as I read, my most common sedentary activity. The price is great as many of these tools quite similar to this one, by Searik, are much more expensive. I saw some upwards of $20 when I researched the options in buying this item. Less than $8 is a price I guarantee you cannot beat when shopping for a hand strengthener like this one and few of those have the ability to change the settings or the resistance needed to build upon. Terrific for pianist, guitarist, anyone that needed added dexterity in the hands and fingers, this is the tool just for that. Wholeheartedly recommend buying this one as opposed to the countless others out there. Very well made from stainless steel and adjusts from 22 - 88 pounds of pressure. Whoa! I had difficulty with twenty-two pounds when this arrived! I am building, though, thanks to this hand strengthener.
