Walking-A Great Healthy Exercise for Anyone

Make sure to point the buttons to the ground for if the unit is facing elsewhere, it will count nothing. Yesterday, though the majority of time was spent driving the car, I burned 78 calories and walked only 29 steps which seems odd considering I was all over the Walmart store here.
