Nicely Sized Yoga Block for Numerous Exercises

My son has picked up yoga as well as I but I can’t really do the exercises best used with this block. My son does some neat strengthening and balancing exercises that require a lot of strength and agility. This block comes with a strap that can wrap it along with a yoga mat for carrying but my brother has devised some exercises to do using the strap, as well. The photos show some of the various poses my brother does using this nicely made yoga block. It is sturdy and heavy, thick cork that is dense and strong. It comes with a large canvas bag for carrying all the supplies either of them need to go to other locations to do their workout routines.

Complete Screen Protector Kit for Samsung Note 8
