Probiotics are More Important than I Used to Think
It took me awhile to realize that probiotics are pretty important and essential supplements for my digestive health particularly when I am taking antibiotics. I just had a huge prescription for antibiotics and probiotics go exceptionally well when on antibiotics. I was told for years eating yogurt would be enough but it turns out that won’t do much of anything. So, now when I know I’m going to be needing antibiotics, I stock up on probiotics. These are a good deal that I only take when I am taking antibiotics but can be taken any time. They are especially important when having digestive issues.
